Country music superstar Lainey Wilson is back with new music. Her latest single, “Phone, Keys, Wallet,” is out now and features special guest guitar work from John Mayer.

Written during the final leg of her Whirlwind World Tour and recorded at Mayer’s studio in Los Angeles, the song embraces the chaos and unpredictability of life while celebrating the person who chooses to stick around through it all.
Wilson describes the song as a reflection of her fast-paced lifestyle and the importance of finding someone who loves you despite the whirlwind.
“Phone, Keys, Wallet” follows recent releases including “Younger You,” a collaboration with Miley Cyrus, and “Can’t Sit Still,” which showcased Wilson’s energetic and free-spirited personality.
The new single adds to what has already been a major year for the Louisiana native. Wilson recently headlined Stagecoach Festival, became the subject of the Netflix documentary Lainey Wilson: Keepin’ Country Cool, and made her film debut in the adaptation of Reminders of Him.
She was also named one of USA Today Women of the Year and appeared on the cover of People Magazine.
Often referred to as one of country music’s leading voices, Wilson continues to add to an impressive list of accomplishments. At the 59th CMA Awards, she won Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Album of the Year for Whirlwind.
The Grammy-winning artist has earned nine No. 1 songs throughout her career, including hits like Heart Like A Truck, Watermelon Moonshine, and 4x4xU. She has also collaborated with artists including Jelly Roll, Cole Swindell, HARDY, Dolly Parton, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, and Post Malone.
Wilson will continue touring throughout 2026 with festival appearances and stadium dates alongside Chris Stapleton, including a stop in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on August 21.
