Dymond Alexis is a creative strategist and social media consultant from Kinston, North Carolina, specializing in digital storytelling, brand growth, and culturally driven marketing.
A graduate of Temple University, Dymond began building her voice in media by founding Blackaphillyated, a platform dedicated to amplifying Black culture, talent, and stories in Philadelphia. Through the platform, she conducted interviews with notable figures including Marlon Wayans, Saweetie, Cynthia Bailey, and others, while creating content that highlighted underrepresented voices and perspectives.
During her time at Temple, Dymond gained hands-on experience in the music and media industries. While working at Sony Music, she contributed to marketing campaigns for artists such as Wyclef Jean, Nick Grant, and Lecrae. She also worked as a production assistant at Radio One Philadelphia, further strengthening her background in media production and communications.
After graduating, Dymond transitioned into freelance social media management and consulting, helping brands improve their digital presence through strategic content and audience engagement. She later expanded her impact by serving as Social Media Manager for Arizona PBS and Manager of Digital Strategy at East Carolina University, where she led initiatives focused on growth, visibility, and meaningful audience connection.
Today, Dymond works with clients to create content and video strategies that not only build brand identity but also convert into measurable results—driving sales, increasing reach, and fostering consistent audience growth. Her work is rooted in authenticity, strategy, and a deep understanding of how to turn engagement into lasting impact.
