Miss Bashful is leaning all the way into her aesthetic with the release of “Fake Designer Bitch,” a high-energy new single featuring Luca Eck and Christ Dillinger.
The track is the latest preview of her upcoming album Glamour Snobby, set to drop May 1 via Polydor Records and Capitol Records.
“Fake Designer Bitch” is exactly what it sounds like—bold, chaotic, and very intentional. Built on electro-pop and club-driven production, the record plays with themes of status, image, and ambition, all while keeping a self-aware edge. It’s playful but still makes a point, tapping into the contradiction between wanting more and staying authentic.
The single continues to build out the world of Glamour Snobby, a project that blends glossy pop with underground club influences. Across the album, Miss Bashful leans into her persona—confident, provocative, and fully in control of the narrative she’s created.
Her sound, which she’s described as “Slut Tech,” pulls from Detroit and Chicago club culture while adding a high-fashion, pop-forward twist. It’s niche but accessible, sitting somewhere between underground rave energy and mainstream appeal.
Beyond the music, she’s also taking this era on the road. Her Glamour Snobby tour is already moving through major cities, with stops including Brooklyn Steel and The Concourse Project, along with a festival appearance at Movement Festival.
Miss Bashful’s rise has been anything but traditional. Born in Mexico City, raised in Texas, and now based in Berlin. Her fanbase—known as the Bashfulettes—continues to grow as her sound reaches wider audiences.
With previous releases already gaining traction, “Fake Designer Bitch” adds another layer to what Glamour Snobby is shaping up to be: a full statement on image, identity, and modern pop culture.
The album arrives May 1, and if the rollout is any indication, Miss Bashful is stepping into this next phase louder, sharper, and completely on her own terms.
